  • Data entry and auditing of new hire paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Set up accrual information
  • Review system entry and paperwork submissions from clients thoroughly
  • Work closely with all departments to insure employee data is correct and complete at all times
  • Manage I-9 and E-Verify processes
  • Employment verifications
  • Employee file maintenance
  • Assist with HR Projects as needed


  • Demonstrated proficient level of database knowledge and experience along with data entry and Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and focus on detail while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Two years of multi-state human resources or payroll experience preferred
