Our client is searching for a motivated, self-driven individual looking for a long-term position as a Merchandising Coordinator that will support the Product Management team to support over 150 nationwide locations. Our client is in an accelerated growth phase in a rapidly expanding industry. 


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Price Update support
  • Invoice discrepancies (reviewing, writing up debit memos, tracking credits or correcting system pricing)
  • Rebate maintenance and reporting
  • Insurance documentation (Maintain current Liability Insurance documentation on vendors)
  • Sales reporting
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Part set up and maintenance


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred


  • One year or more of related work experience is preferred
  • Two to three years of Excel experience is preferred

Skills & Abilities: 

  • Candidates must possess the following:
    • Great verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Excel
