This position reports to the senior executive over Human Resources and will coordinate the onboarding process and orientation for new associates, assist in reviewing and managing a variety of benefits plans and governmental regulations, as well as process and maintain related data in the HRIS.
In addition, this position will accurately and successfully perform the following duties:
Skills and Experience Desired:
This position requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain confidential information. The successful candidate will need to have a fundamental knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and other benefit regulations. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables), PowerPoint and Outlook is essential. The knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in Human Resources/Benefits.
