Be part of a small team that works in a very relaxed environment while creating applications for this blue chip client. This individual will be responsible for:


    • Managing client requests for application support and trouble shooting
    • Tracking issues, identifying trends/needs, working with Dev team to resolve
    • Professionalism in all written or oral communication is critical
    • Career path to be trained in Project Management and Account Services




    • College degree preferred but not required
    • 3 – 4 years’ experience in customer service /application support/troubleshooting experience
    • Computer literate: MS Office, PC and/or MAC environments; expertise in Excel required. Working knowledge of HTML preferred.
    • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) a plus
    • Extremely organized and highly detail oriented
    • Extremely friendly, thoughtful, articulate and polite; not afraid to ask for help before committing to next step
    • Experience in QC/testing for UX with data-driven applications a huge advantage
