    Accounting Coordinator

    Our client, a scientific based agriculture company with a corporate office in Collierville, TN, is adding an Accounting Coordinator to their team. The Accounting Coordinator will be a key part of a small but efficient team and able to support the company in many areas. The successful candidate should be prepared to learn quickly and grow within the organization taking on more responsibilities over time.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Accounts Payable
    • Invoice approval
    • Prepare checks/ACH/Wires weekly
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Post daily sales and e-mail invoices to customers
    • Post receipt of payments
    • Monitor past due accounts
    • Maintain General Ledger
    • Cash Management
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Cash reports to CFO/CEO
    • Sales tax returns
    • Various states
    • Various countries
    • Business tax returns
    • Financial Audit Interface                                                                                                                                              
    • Human Resources
    • Add/Terminate Employees
    • Benefit renewals
    • 401k reporting and remittance (including form 5500)
    • Assist CFO with special projects


    • Sage 100 experience helpful but not required
    • Knowledge of Excel and Word
    • Knowledge of Powerpoint
    • Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience in accounting
