Overview

 This position will be responsible for numerous Human Resources tasks. The Human Resources Coordinator will develop, track, and handle all employment paperwork, assist payroll with various tasks, be responsible for maintaining all job descriptions, creating offer letters, conducting monthly Human Resources reporting and aid in recruiting and onboarding practices.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and administer the hiring and on-boarding process for the entire company

Update and maintain all job descriptions based on FLSA requirements and business needs and changes

Create all offer letters and new hire packets

Manage all new hire, termination and employee leave paperwork

Conduct and track new employee orientations-covering pay periods, company benefits, policies and procedures and other related materials

Perform all monthly reporting for departmental needs

Assist the Human Resources department in formulating and implementing employment policies and procedures

Assist Payroll by managing garnishments, auditing time cards and auditing bi-weekly payroll reports

Assist with due diligence, integration and consolidation reports, analysis and paperwork, as needed

Assist with annual Open Enrollment process and administer all COBRA-related paperwork

Create and update incentive letters

Prepare any requested wage statements for associates

Perform various duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma required

 Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred

 

EXPERIENCE:

With H.S. Diploma, minimum four (4) years of related experience required

 With Bachelor’s Degree, one year experience preferred

 Experience using ADP HRIS is preferred

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, including Excel

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

 Understanding of the dynamics of Human Resources practices and confidentiality

 Great written and oral communication skills
